This powder provides a blackish-gray coating on the drawn wire, ensuring excellent lubrication and a smooth surface finish, which enhances wire quality and reduces die wear.
Grade E is highly suitable for EN8 wire rods, and performs best when drawing down to 12 SWG / 14 SWG sizes. It is designed for use at slow to medium wire drawing speeds, making it ideal for conventional wire drawing setups.
