GANPATI Brand Wire Drawing Powder – Grade JM-9368 is a sodium-based wire drawing powder specifically developed for achieving a bright, steel-like finish on the drawn wire.
This grade is ideally used at slow to medium drawing speeds and is most effective when applied in the last two to three die boxes of the drawing process. It provides a lean, uniform coating on the wire surface, which helps in reducing powder build-up while enhancing surface quality.
JM-9368 is suitable for mild steel, high carbon, and similar wire types where a clean, bright finish is desired without excessive lubrication residue.
